A sweet, feel good style story. Irie-san has sworn off straight guys and meets the very touchy-feely Kousuke-kun at a nearby cafe. The two strike up a friendship and Irie becomes increasingly aware of his new friends awkward attempts at flirting. Did I mention awkward? Because that is the least of the uncomfortable feelings when Irie-san makes a move on Kousuke, only to find out that the guy he was falling for wasn’t flirting with him. He wasn’t even gay. He was simply cursed with being very klutzy. So the rest of this story follows what happens when a vulnerable gay man and a klutzy straight guy negotiate a relationship. Will it be friends? Or are they perfect for each other as lovers?

The spin off sequel to ‘A Hundred Blossoms To Love’, this is the story of the elder brother Takao and the guy who has loved him for years, Yuzuru. These MCs knew each other in middle school, and for Yuzuru it was love at first sight for the wounded and vulnerable Takao. But further acquaintance with Takao revealed his unpleasant personality. He was avaricious and a little cruel, teasing and testing. When the boys separated, Yuzuru dedicated his future to raising enough of a fortune to offer Takao until they crossed paths again. The rest of the story is about their reunion and developing relationship as a couple. This story is enjoyable because Takao’s personality is so uniquely obnoxious yet loveable. Yuzuru is the one person able to see the hurt and vulnerable child hidden behind Takao’s prickly personality and the fact that he loves him just as he is, is really adorable. Plenty of funny moments and some crossover with familiar friends, this was manga was a fun read that had me perplexed as to why I liked such an unlikeable character so much.

Loved this story! Kotaru and Toraji were such an unlikely seeming couple; the upcoming yakuza boss and a florist. But these guys were not the typically depicted representations of their roles and that added a whole extra element of fun and charm to the story. I really enjoyed the art, especially of the more flashy Kotaru with his scar, cheeky grin and 50’s bad boy hair.

Phew! That was pretty hot. The beginning of a Master and Submissive, pet play, dominance and control. Add to that a humiliation kink all packed into one deceptive little one shot. This may offend lots of readers because it seems like dubious consent, but the manager here seemed to recognise the perfect sub for him and he went for it. Nice ending, kinda wish there was more ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

As a spin off from Shuu and Nanami’s story, this manga about Chiaki and Ayumi is a COMPLETELY different kind of tale. The two MCs have been friends for 2 years. An unlikely friendship with the rather slutty yet vulnerable Chiaki and his more stoic friend, Ayumi. Chiaki falls for surfer Shuu but his feelings are never reciprocated. He is unaware that Ayumi has noticed his feelings until he finds himself chained to Ayumi’s bed following a night between the 2 MCs. And so begins a change for these 2 as they battle wits and Ayumi shares his possessive love with his shocked and furious friend. Without a doubt, Ayumi comes across as a bit of a sociopath/stalker/scary guy. But Chiaki is no pushover and they soon start to really understand each other on a deeper level.
Contrary to many of those who didn’t like the seme or the story, I enjoyed the touch of crazy here. Chiaki did not let Ayumi have the upper hand for long, and the 2 MCs settled into understanding each other on new levels. That was what helped this story be special. The established friendship and the way Chiaki finally began to see Ayumi in a new way was what won me over the most.

Lol, I am the complete opposite of the recent comments here. I absolutely love the seme. He was so very, very in love with the uke, from their earliest times together. He was so intensely sexy, like the time his tongue was bitten and he kept going with his fingers and blood leaking from his mouth. The look on his face. Phew, pass me a fan please! Or when he made the uke swallow. Lol, Insta nosebleed! But all that crazy adolescent intensity was balanced by the sweetest love. He chased his friend with an open honesty that left him very vulnerable. It was really irresistible for me. Totally a favourite (▰˘◡˘▰)

Chisato Takatsukasa, a 35-year-old author, has such a youthful appearance that anyone would think him to be in his early twenties. His work is inspired by his idol—the best-selling mystery author Saki Shunka, who is as much of an enigma herself as the plots of the books she writes.
Chisato is also the extremely overprotective father of 15-year old Riju, convinced that the "friends" his son constantly brings over are nothing but predators waiting for the perfect opportunity to defile his precious boy. As a result, Chisato will stop at nothing to ensure they never come over again, resorting to the most extreme of methods.
There is not a man he hates more, however, than Riju's rather persistent best friend Shunsuke Sakaki, who just won't go away regardless of what Chisato tries to do. But the motivations of these characters lie as secrets bubbling just below the surface. Why is Chisato so wary of Riju's friends, and what exactly does Shunsuke know about the mysterious author his friend's father idolizes?

I don’t recommend the last story. It’s full of rape. Raping other men’s wives, allowing others to rape a son, raping a fathers bride. Rape everywhere. There are no likeable characters, it has no redeeming features. If I had read specific comments like this, 100% I would have stopped reading at story 3
I love the story and movie of Daddy Long Legs, and can’t resist other authors making their own versions. This is the second yaoi with this them have stumbled upon. I liked the story between Aoi and the chancellor. Aoi was a beautiful boy with a case of hero worship for the benefactor who helped him after his parents died. They have a shared past that comes to light in the story, and when Aoi turns 16 he meets his ‘Daddy Long Legs’, the 29 year old chancellor. I enjoy their relationship, it’s a little turbulent with a busy business man and a teenager. Aoi has some insecurities and feelings of inadequacy to work through, but his lover is patient and understanding (as well as very possessive) and the two work through each problem to become a stronger couple. The ending is super sweet, looking at them when Aoi is a working adult still dealing with his wonderfully perverted and demanding seme.
