I like Jisu, he's not hindering their romance. He actually tried to help Mi-ae get Cheol's attention during the shooting game Arc. I love Jisu, he's so chill and he let's Mi-ae play with his toys. I can see that it's clearly platonic for now, but whatever happens I love Jisu's character. Cheol acts like a Dad while Jisu acts like a brother.
