So we've all been reading this for years now right? And somewhere along those years the translations were hard to understand but in these new few chapters that it has become better.. i was reminded again how fucked up people are in this story.. so let me just rant for a while..

It was like " coz i didnt get to marry Shuley, imma marry her lookalike no matter the age and taking care of my kids is a bonus".
>Bottomline is, they were all close friends who married one another but at the same time they had this unspoken but blatant betrayal because they were all painfully aware about each others feelings, men and women both! Now why should we expect the kids to be unaffected by their parents messed up affairs?

I'm pretty sure ur OG wife knew you only had respect for her because your actual love was Shuley but she still loved you nonetheless.. i hate that i realized this possibility.
Shuli also got roped up in this whole affair just because she looked like Shuley yknow. Johannes prolly wouldnt give her a second glance had she not have the same features as Shuley. Shuli even had to suffer on her first life and die an unfair death.. and Nora was heart broken when that happened. These kids.. i can imagine them living a completely different life, had those adults been a little bit responsible for their actions. Frick.
Im glad the princess already left.. she was somehow becoming akin to poison the longer she stays with them.. it felt so off when she brought up going to the capital when she was alone with maxie.. it was so clear she was trying to bring riftan but since she cant, she tried maxie coz if she goes, riftan will follow.. that was so sly and there were many other things I feel off about her.. although she's really pretty tho and in other settings, she could be the perfect female lead.. if i was maxie, i wouldnt be able to stop myself from being insecure.. i'm glad riftan wasnt doing anything that could cause a misunderstanding between him and the princess.. aside from feeling off on a few instances, I guess the princess wasnt so bad. I like her but she's someone we cant trust. Alsoooo riftan.. he's still painfully unaware that maxie was being abused in her father's house.. how many chapters are we in now? ┗( T﹏T )┛ he's so insecure with his common upbringing that i'm not even sure if its good for them couples or not.. its good that he's doing his best to make a powerhouse in anatol for his wife.. its good for the people and the kingdom.. but it only remains good if he doesnt die or get too overworked he ends up neglecting his wife/family.. i hope it doesnt go that way.. my only wish is for him to realize that maxie was hurt by her family and he should bring that abusive family to ruin or at least do something to make them regret their actions! Your wife needs closure with her past to be genuinely happy with her present and future..
This was unexpectedly short and it was really good i would like to read more but thinking more about it, I guess it was right that they ended it there. I think this is a fairly good ending. The sect was already established and has grown significantly in influence, wealth in business and people connection. The members are also significantly stronger now after all those trainings. Although his personal adventure would be an awesome read too.. i realized there was no concrete villian created to continue the story. The MC died of natural causes so revenge after his reincarnation could not be part of the plot.. the Demonic sect wasnt making any scheme to take over the world yet, so they couldnt be an enemy they had to fight. Basically, there was no major conflict happening in the plot and if the story continued, he might just have to fight bandits and corrupt people but thats really it. If ut had dragged on.. we might soon complain that the story has become a repeating cycle.. so I guess this ending is fine too.. but yea.. i wanted more T.T

The thing I like about Pyo Wol is his unwavering character. When he's crossed, he follows up ten fold and when he beds a woman, he cares for them.. its the gap in his attitude that really melts me. I like how he's really smart and strong and I also like his tenacity.. when he ate moss to live to when he ate snakes to do the same.. but when he followed the men that threw the dead body of that blond woman he was with just so he can make her a grave and said he'd also revenge for her.. i liked that. Thats the kind of man we can die for. We know for sure our deaths wouldnt be in vain. He cared for the courtesan too, remember the first one after he turned snakey.. she wasnt scared of him even tho everyone in the inn called him the death god or something.. goes to show that he wasnt scary when he was with her.. and that new woman he was with that peeled him apples then fainted after some bald old man came to the room, he also gently carried her to bed.. (▰˘◡˘▰)

I just wish the mummified person is the grandfather. I miss his gooffiness and I also miss the father.. on the first few chapters the father was really stealing the "protagonist" role haha but I guess they also realized it so they completely made him missing for how many chapters now?! Also, can you even imagine my roller coaster of emotions since that thomb acr where everybody just got stabbed and died? for once I thought the MC will regress and go back to the past, but it was already more than a hundred chapters so it cant be right? And voila! They survived but the grandpa and the spear guy died, fvck! Σ( ￣□￣||) now they all had this misunderstandings and scheming and i almost lost all my hair on frustration! I'm finally glad things seem to be turning out well for them now that the betrayal has been exposed. For people hating the harem here.. the story captured the real sense of historical times here where bandits pillage and men rape and people kill and there's a lot of lawlessness happening everywhere.. this really happened in past guuuuyyyssss and concubinage is legal in this timeline and countryyyyy. For a man of the MC's status and for a man with wealth and power like that, this was bound to happen, the context of having wives and concubines has been introduced early on and the setting is ancient china, so dont be so mad about it. My head was spinnig with all that training regimen and skills and swordmanship talk and whatever magic crap, that this bits and pieces of factual historical add ons were actually refreshing. Sure having the sudden romantic abience and people blushing out of nowhere dampens all these action we want, but its no where near frustrating than the grandfather dying okayyyy?! The harem and the romance does not do this harm at all. I'm actually impressed that the women he has decided to keep are actually helping him one way or another, politically or battle wise, at least they dont drag their weight around (〜￣△￣)〜
I dont like that his arrogance shoots way too high the moment he got back in time.. and i dont like it much more that he's so confident already when he only got his skills "technically" from stealing it from someone.. and he doesnt try to get used to it first or assimilate.. he just runs directly into a C rank gate that was actually an A rank gate.. and boom! More skills! Perfect (￣∇￣") he barely had E rank skills before that.. his arrogant and confident characteristic doesnt have a strong foundation to support him in a way that makes sense┗( T﹏T )┛some may percieve this as too fast paced but no.. its just that his character is already so confident of his newly found skills that he's already rushing to defeat double his supposed capability. In other stories, this is the extra that dies quite easily because they're reckless and thinks that they're too strong.
Lotsa people complain about this getting harem.. and I am with you.. on the first half i guess.. i dont think there will be harem now guyssss. The powerful he is, the less horny he gets apprently, as per Anastasia a.k.a the cyborg/mecha sage bestfriend thats now in a female golem ~haaaaah. I swear.. i didnt think i'd make it through all this chapter. Its full of cringe.. and I hated the blushings! And i hated the oh so tiny really mini skirts as uniforms.. and the over sexualization of females! My ghaaadddd i was scared i'd see hentai on the next few panels ╥﹏╥ but i pushed through! And it gets better eventually.. i'm so glad. I was expecting this to have the greek mythologies again.. but nope. They had hindu and norse gods and characters this time and I didnt expect this but the bigger characters turns out to be from the christian mythology. Also, i was really curious why was the cyborg named Anastasia, fun fact, i googled it* Anastasia apparently means ressurection. How cool izzaaat? Idk about u, but it was really cool when i found out hahaha there were really hard moments to overcome throughout this story.. but i was dragged on by the small cute and funny interactions they had with their comrades and friends.. i hope Frey wins and I hope they get Iris back. Iris had it really rough for 4000 years too.. it must have been hard fooling everyone and betraying her friends..

This is just me saying.. that of the many transmigrators and isekais i've read.. this is the most deserved role for the FL. She created a story that was too unfair for the villain. The OG villainess suffered miserably since childhood like most illigitimate kids do.. and just when she was able to gain power, she was defeated by the power of love. As if slicing the neck, ripping out the heart, burning her corpse and hanging her neck on public view wasnt enough, her soul was tormented in hell.. trying to blow up the world and everyone in it may be a grave sin.. but hey, do humans really deserve great lives? Maybe to a few, but to most? Nah ╮(￣▽￣)╭ this creator FL deserves to be put on the villians shoes and experience the harsh life she made for her and correct everything so the villian.. even just in body, will at least have the chance to live a good life. Also, i'm still in chapter 2 of this HAHAHAHAHAAHA i'm in so early but i already got something to say. I'm gonna keep reading to see more of what happens.

The reason why ML probably changed or lost his love/attraction to her or started neglecting her or her emotions and mental health in their past life was because of his job. Its very visible that his mind is being fucked up the more he kills people or the more people dies around him. Like priest Dulan said.. he's a good man. Things mustve gotten worse for him after they married.. he doesnt die.. he couldnt.. probably because its the curse for being the main male character lead in the novel they are in.. and things piled up until the next thing he knows.. his wife is dead.. with the female lead gone.. he mustve finally gained his freedom and died too.. afterall, where's the need for a male lead if the female lead is already dead? These two people's fate is so entertwined its making my head spin.
