Going by what was said already in the manga, there is probably some operation that she is going to have done that will basically wipe her memories or something like that. She won't be who she was before. So everything will most likely be fine and he will just try to get her to fall in love with home again. A cliche ending is the most likely to happen, but I'm enjoying reading it, so I will still look forward to continuing!
