I remember passing through a comment that said it's because Luca believe Reudiger hated or didn't care about him or something in his past life. (I might be remembering that comment wrong) It's likely that he believed no one in his past life truly cared for him

Or from what I know, he kind of resented Ruediger because he insists that he takes care of Luca only because it is his "responsibility" until the end even when Ruediger ask Luca to run away first when they were ambushed that cause Riediger to lose his life , not because he wants to act like his dad, or care for him specially. So it just a small grudge, it's like when saying I genuinely like that person and you thought that person too because of how they act but in the end that person said i only care about you because of some reason it becomes my responsibility

(though I'm sure Ruediger loved Luca in his own way)

What I read was that Ruediger was looking after him because it was his duty or something along the lines, so all of those soft moments mentioned in the past novel only Luca thought of them as family love while Ruediger thought of it as business. In other words Ruediger did not have any family feelings towards Luca and when Luca found out he was devastated cause the man he looked up to and loved, thought of him as a job and that's it

The comment i saw somewhere explained that the reason why Luca was distant with Ruediger now is bc he realized that Ruediger didn't really have affection for Luca. He just took him in because of Ruediger's strong sense of responsibility. And most reader thinks that this story is double isekai, so Luca might've realized that no one ever loved him in his past life and so shattered his illusion of Ruediger being his savior/the only one he thought that cared for him (?)

Hmm about Luca thinks that no one loved him might be/not accurate, I also not sure, cause from what I read, Luca know the previous MC did not really hate him, (but I guess it was also not love) . Cause before Luca went with Ruediger, previous MC give him the picture of his mother. Then Luca found out the truth why MC abused him later. He also found out that previous MC collaborate with his enemy (but MC doesn't know this) to help him then MC constantly being used by Luca's enemy. (so maybe MC did love Luca or maybe MC did this out of guilt to repent the mistake she made)

I guess we interpreted it in many ways considering so limit information on Luca's feelings

Yes, as u can guess, the reason why Luca insist bringing MC follow him with Ruediger because he doesn't want MC to be used like before.
Luca word: "who knows what Judith will plans if he leaves her alone at the house"
Especially now, since he was reborn, if MC disrupt his plans, that would be a problem
I don't know much about MC's previous circumstances, all I know that MC approach Luca's enemy aka the uncle and got used. I think she died after that (not confirm but highly likely). I think the uncle did something BIG that involve the previous MC (wasn't sure what that something is). When Luca found out, he tries to save her but he also got his hand tied. After all in his previous life , he wasn't that all-powerful yet

Ah I just remember, I think that something BIG have something to do with the items at the recent chapter recently mention
The item that only head of the household know. I think the uncle somehow got that as in he stole it and used it at the cost of MC's life
That's why when Luca saw it on this recent chapter, he reacts strangely and when MC asks, he doesn't want to talk about it, after all it is a item that takes MC's life

Same. Usually, the guy just suddenly starts acting like a girl and completely gives up going back to a guy afterwards. Like, it’s just there in the beginning chapters and that’s all. However, im glad they kept with this concept and even had them falling in love even when he’s in his guy form lol
