I find Akashi and Roche story much more interesting and beautiful than that of main characters. Seme adopted uke as a child so I kind of getting parental vibes yet they sexually involved more seme is a cheater scum. Cheating seme and idiotic uke, their story is kinda weird. Yet I liked Akashi and Roche story, emotional and intriguing.
They both are literally talking about each other yet she's thinking as if they both are into her. Her delusion shattered when ye rejected her but then pink haired oppa obviously sprouted jealous words but she couldn't understand a thing. Well maybe this pretty girl isn't aware of BL world. Or maybe she realizes later.
.
Seme was like I'm so in love with uke but I won't bottom for him. Even though uke is versatile now.. He should respect uke's fear rather than pushing him to have anal sex. Everything thing was lovey dovey yet this one shitty point annoyed me. If a person doesn't enjoy bottoming then its possible that he's not suitable for being a uke but seme was like I'm a top and you have to bottom for me.. Like you should be loving and respecting your man.. If seme was really desperately in love with uke, he could have tried bottoming.
The trauma the uke suffered was both physical and emotional. The sex was painful bc the seme was an inexperienced top but the uke loved the guy so he endured it but when the seme said smt about how different it was than sex with women (the misunderstanding was women were better) the uke snapped and beat.his.ass. Lol. My point is that in the present the seme wants to make it all up to him...he wants him to realize he still loves him lots and he wanted him to trust him enough to give him a second chance as a top.
The theme is...If the one you really liked thought you were a lousy lay, you'd want a chance to prove them wrong and go all out to rock their world...he can't really do that as the bottom.
I understand where you're coming from. What I felt is seme wants second chance at relationship, at love and at sex which is okay. But if he really wanted to make up to uke, he shouldn't be forceful as uke already suffered trauma. Yet I believe If uke was topping for three years and enjoying himself then he isn't a 'uke' anymore. Also when it's a question of love, it shouldn't matter who does what. Seme should have offered to be a bottom for revival of their relationship again. Being a bottom doesn't snatch of your right to make other person happy.. So even if seme tried bottoming he can prove himself right or show his love or maybe later uke himself offered to bottom seeing his concerns for him... That should have been better but yet it's as if forcing uke is a norm for yaois.
This was not the typical uke/seme duo. The seme was pushy but he always asked permission. The uke could have said no and that no would've been respected. The theme is...If the one you really liked thought you were a lousy lay, you'd want a chance to prove them wrong and go all out to rock their world...he can't really do that as the bottom. When this couple is shown as a side couple in the sequel, it is hinted that they became a seke off screen...the seme just wanted a second chance as top in this story.
For me it's yaoi cliché. As I said I would be much more impressed if they would have mature discussion and talked about their options, even if it would end up with no penetrative sex at a all. Than pressuring someone to do something they are not comfortable with even if he wanted to prove himself.
And one switching scene would be a nice touch.
Aww booo, party pooper. I never looked at the comments there...
