For those who don't understand the no soap. I don't use soap and haven't for years and get complimented on how I smell often. I use a sponge to exfoliate, but thats its. I dont like the feeling soap leaves on my body after and don't find the need for it ╮(￣▽￣)╭

If I eat poorly, I smell. But I realized by cleaning up my diet (eating mostly veggies and lean meats) that my body smells good. When I cave and eat sugar or fried foods/bad for your carbs, I smell soooo bad for a few days until it's out of my system.
