Well basically the next few chapters is about the Duke trying to make amends for his actions. But ofc our Mc is confused by his odd behavior, and it's totally cute cuz the next chapter they share a bed. And they share some more backstory, blah blah blah.

If you mean theoretically, I think it's just a style that has become popular lately, idk why, I haven't kept up too much with modern anime but maybe it's inspired by something. I've noticed it in Our Sunny Days and some other recent manhua too where there is no supernatural undertones they're totally human.
I feel like since he has tattoos and piercings then it could be a body modification, it could also be a way for the artist to show they’re “devilish” or something. It’s a manhwa, not everything has to be interpreted literally

If I was in her situation I would be pressing the ML for details on why he thought her husband and him had met/been in the same dream. His comments would make me instantly suspicious that her husband remembered the past too.
