I lost a ton of weight just by eating less in general. I realized that I was overeating and my appetite naturally decreased to fit my body. Overall I’ve lost around 25 lbs just by eating less, not necessarily better. My diet is still pretty bad, but my portions are so much lower. Of course if you want to eat healthier you definitely should and do......   2 reply
