No I mean it was originally Japanese, someone translator translated it to Hindi and this translator translated from Hindi to English.

They probably went to an Indian restaurant if the giant Naan bread in the first pic of the chapter was of any indication.

The first line says:- I really wanna eat Curry!(indicating to the Indian curry) it's said in a kind off exciting way .. basically promoting people to eat Indian Curry
The second line says:- Naan is very delicious!(Naan:-an fully indian flatbread) again it's said in a way to basically let people know that its really delicious! And they should try it(which it is actually is)
The third line is pretty confusing..as the translation isn't totally correct(the particular language grammar isn't used correctly so it's Little hard to understand) but i guess it says New year brings a difference .. basically it's written in such a way to give people motivation who are feeling down.. giving them hope that next year things will be alright and it will surely bring a difference as according to Hindi mythology new year brings joy!... that's all! Soory for my BrOkEn EnGliSh! As it's not my first language hence I suck at it! I am an Indian Fujoshi(Hindu) so was able to understand what was written there..it was written in Hindi(an Indian language) and since I am an Hindu( a person who speaks Hindi) I was able to understand it! Anyway if my translation was wrong in any way.. please feel free to correct me! ┗( T﹏T )┛

Yes..the novel is a lot more depressing and gloomier. in the manhua, I like the seme. In the novel, I hate him. but there are 200+ chapters so hopefully things get better, in the novel. The english translations have reached till the part where Chen Yu was being attended by the Physician.

I feel like he would know. There's some chapters i think when the physician was attending to him where both the uh- (iforgottheirname) main lead and the physician refer to him as "he" or "his".

I'm not too sure if he knows...I'm guessing he does. Cause they did the deed a lot of time so...Yeah.

ah true, the words for he/she have the same pronunciation, but he is 他 while she is 她. When translating from chinese, you don't really need the pronunciation, the main part is the characters.
