im so confused at the last panel
The uke has hair the seme doesn't in the last panel it shows the uke. Next panel it shows a shaving rasor thing with hair falling underneath it which represents the uke shaving his pubic hair. Which I think is sweet because the uke shaved his pubic hair because the seme suffered from a disease or something so that he doesn't have pubic hair

There is so much rape and abuse but we have to be somehow understanding that the crazy seme and his family don't know how to love others in the normal way...we have to hold back on our frustration with the uke who fell in love, got gang raped at the best of his lover but still kept loving the guy (aggghhhhhhhh!) , had the sense to run away but then got caught up in that toxic relationship again.
