So after the party from the first chapter, Hyun and Alek were both pretty drunk and woke up in the next morning, sleeping next to each other naked. So originally, we thought they had sex but it turns out to be a threesome between Ivan, Hyun and Alek.
It appears that after the party, Hyun met Alek and somehow they had sex. Ivan only wanted to make Alek feel miserable (or to just piss him off), so he had sex with Hyun, but in the middle of it, Alek came in, saw them doing it and lost it because of the pheromones (plus he was quite drunk) and so he just jumped right in lol ╮(￣▽￣)╭
In the end, it was Alek who marked Hyun and that's the reason why his condition is getting out of control lately, as we've seen in recent chapters.
