Ok I remember better.
The story was about a guy who wakes up from a coma, I think, and his friend who wear glasses and had a scientist look was taking care of him. The guy wakes up and ask for his sister or gf, not sure.
Glasses guy denies knocking about her, then the prota finds the head of the girl in a backpack. Glasses guy rapes him and in the end lock him up in a room with the girls body.
The story was messed up but the art was very good. It was a once shot I read long ago and can't find anywhere, but I read it here.

I'm looking for a manga where an teacher abused his student and the kid ask for his watch in for graduation.
In the end the teacher was still obsessed with the student after years and in the reunion he saw the kid still wearing the watch.
He looks for him and they get together.
