The story was about a guy who wakes up from a coma, I think, and his friend who wear glasses and had a scientist look was taking care of him. The guy wakes up and ask for his sister or gf, not sure.
Glasses guy denies knocking about her, then the prota finds the head of the girl in a backpack. Glasses guy rapes him and in the end lock him up in a room with the girls body.
The story was messed up but the art was very good. It was a once shot I read long ago and can't find anywhere, but I read it here.

I can't remember. I read so long ago. I only Remenber the killer locks up the guy in the end, the art was realistic and I think it was in colour.
