Taoxi nominal parents and biological dad.. even the nominal grandma, Lin Qinghe parents are all scum who have been abusing/neglecting their children. Taoxi and Lin Qinghe deserved all the good things in this world. With "family" like that it's a miracle they grow up to be kind and hardworking young men.
