WTH man?
You were annoyed that he wasn't being honest about his feelings- he's being honest and upfront about his feelings.
He asked a simple question multiple times- just motherfucking answer!!!
You are all like "if he knew the real me it would drive him away". You being honest about your past is something he might be able to handle. You evading the basic "do you even like me" question- THAT is what's going to drive him away!
And instead of answering he's fucking him again...You know that that's been bothering him, and that's part of why he's asking you this in the first place! UUURRRRGGGHHHH Get over yourself you piece of shit! (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸
I want someone else for Sanho, he deserves sooooo much better then this douchebag.
I wish the author would stop this.
The art is so good, and somehow....relaxing?!
Love the character design.
The different personalities were well thought out and fun- and so sweet and cute!
The care and thoughtfulness the characters show one another is great. There is constant asking and confirming consent.
No chapters long unnecessarily drawn out drama and misunderstandings.
Did however feel a little rushed.
It never explains how Toki and Angie know and met Seina, or why they are practically living with him.
Main problem was: of all the stupid reasons to run away and cut of all contact with your family!!!!! That's why he and his brother were suffering all this time?! DDDDDUUUUUDDDE!!
(╯°Д °)╯╧╧
Don't understand why all his coworkers say he's a "strict devil"...
He has every right to complain if someone makes a lot of mistakes at work, is careless, thoughtless, and seems to be ignoring the deadline. If there are numerous problems and mistakes then you aren't doing your job properly and should be corrected. It inconveniences everybody in the end, and could even put the company's reputation in danger- or at the very least your personal lives and salaries. He said it in a calm way, didn't over exaggerate, insult, or demean him, and even said please and thank you. Seems like a pretty decent boss to me.....
Sex scenes were sloppy, and weirdly drawn. The affection between them was WAY too fast even for Yaoi- it's one thing to enjoy sex and feels some intimacy from it, but they went from annoyed coworker and indifferent boss- to boyfriends in one day! The hell?! ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
This chapter pissed me off for a number of reasons:
1. WTF was the "you can't show sympathy for a hurt human being in front of others because you are an actor" bullshit?!
So are actors supposed to be robots?!
He might have been concerned about somehow this "exposing" them as lovers; but in that situation I think Kajima's actions would have seemed a reasonable reaction.
To a person who is a former manager, a fellow actor, a friend, who just got traumatically injured trying to save him. Why would holding him, stopping the blood flow, and even going with him to the hospital seem strange?
And even if it did- fuck that (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸
2. "I will only say this ONCE so listen carefully"....
Why? Why only tell him once that you love him, and how much he means to you?!
In a relationship actions are important, but so are words; especially words of affirmation, support, and love.
Is your ego really that inflated?
3. What the two "villains" were going through was awful, but how they dealt with it was even worse.
I place less blame on Shunya, and a lot more on Kenta (Saeki).
Shunya literally went crazy from traumatic events.
Saeki as a partner who clearly saw everything he was going through and how it was pushing him further towards the edge, should have gotten him professional help.
Therapy and medication could have very likely helped to a certain extent, and things wouldn't have gone so far.
Not to mention a HUGE betrayal of trust, injury, possibly maiming/disfiguring/killing someone ruining their lives and the lives of those around them. It was brushed off way to easily with perpetrator sympathy.
I agree with your points - I think a lot of the writing is done with macro storytelling and skims details and nuances a lot.
1. I think the author was trying to portray that you have to be stoic and not give away personal emotions in front of the limelight where expressions and actions can be twisted by media no matter how you deal with things. I also think it's ridiculous but I think the author was just trying to make the moment dramatic/heroic that Kojima had to pretend he was fine which yeah is stupid when your colleague was stabbed
2. I think it's ridiculous too but probably an attempt to make Kojima look cool/sexy/unattainable/desirable. A lot of yaoi stories do this where they portray the seme as an asshole or bad boy to make the audience fawn over him since a lot of people are attracted to bad boy soft for one person. another part of him saying that I think is Kojima is really poor at expressing his feelings verbally and was kind of saying "I would only ever say this to you, only going to say this once because I normally don't feel comfortable to say these things aloud" fortunately he's been really good to ryousuke beyond this so I think ryousuke understood the meaning. Another example of this was Kojima not apologizing for raping ryousuke - terrible communication and actions - ryousuke knowing his heart and asking why are you not apologizing??? Also I think that's another frustrating point is Kojima raping him to begin with and then not apologizing and instead wallowing in sorrow and wanting to escape / separate instead. The whole telling ryou he could go contract with the perv who assaulted him wtf???? I hope they had a long talk off screen I guess..
3. This author skims a lot over interesting storyline that could/should be more in depth and yes we need more background on these two but it's clear shunya needs way more medical/psychological help and Saeki should have done that for him
Wanted to follow up with saying that #2 is a huge problem in yaoi on general making the samw blueprint seme being the perfect specimen that doesn't show his feelings and doesn't express himself/be vulnerable and slowly does that for his uke but still be an asshole normally and disrespect the uke in that way but it's seen as attractive or part of his character and forgivable
So basically he's such an arrogant, selfish, narcissistic douchebag, that when he isn't- not even being nice really, just less bad- you feel like he actually did something nice for you and is worth sticking around for?! MAJOR red flag!!!
It’s on reddit, which is basically a forum where you can create your own sub reddit. Like Justnomil, which talks about mother in laws and what shenanigans they are up to. Or AITA( am I the asshole), where people ask if they were wrong in certain situations. JustnoSo is a sub reddit forum about people telling stories about their significant other’s relationship issues and behavior. And they ask for advice how to deal with it. And I came across so many stories where the SO would act exactly like the seme in this story. Treating their partner like shit until they notice them drifting away, only to do something nice to reel them back in. Rinse and repeat. It talks about manipulation, control issues and gas lighting behavior.
"Two dudes sitting in a bathhouse.....five feet apart cause they're NOT GAY!" (⌒▽⌒)
Actually 6 feet apart
My god- rona strong with this one.(⊙…⊙ )
