I'm very particular about honesty (ENFP/INFP, we're all about authenticity, truth, justice, etc) and yet I'm not sure about how bad this actually is.
He definitely tried to deceive Hojun. He pretended to be motivated by a desire to help others, when he was motivated by what-- wanting to get laid? What was his point with this deception again? He pretended to be an unofficial teacher as a side-job,
...and then he unofficially taught someone... as a side job. People who actually want to pursue a career lie all the time about their experience in order to get hired, otherwise they'd be unable to get experience because no one wants to hire someone inexperienced.
As a result of Ahn's teaching, Hojun truly has become a better lover. Instead of teaching Hojun only what Ahn likes, Ahn taught him principles that he can use with anyone he dates from now on.
That's why this doesn't feel like a scam, no matter what his initial motivations were. He actually provided the service he advertised. If I were Hojun and he explained everything to me, I wouldn't break it off with him. I'd be disappointed that he'd been the kind of person to be so dishonest, and I'd express that my trust in him has lowered for obvious reasons. And yet I can't find anything else to be upset about. There's no actual damage happening here. Nothing in Hojun or Ahn's life has been threatened or made worse by this deception.
he was drunk when he posted that offer, so i feel like he didn't have any real intention except some drunken, "hey you know i'm so good at sex, i'm sure i could even teach people" and then actually doing it as a sort of challenge ? (while still being drunk)
but tbh, top was drunk too, so i guess he would understand
i really don't get why he's keeping that secret. it's not that bad and hiding it will definitely just make it worse, there's no 'path' in which it helps
The quality of the drawings is so inconsistent, only the boss and the second seme are attractive, the main character’s face is weird like 4/5ths of the tome, his forehead is too big, the main seme is too ugly to also be a piece of shit, what the heck is this story even about
I believe you must be Da Vinci right? since you're calling someone else's art ugly.
And don't start with the "I'm stating what is evident" bs.
Like, how would an author feel?
Damn some of you out there behave like you can judge and just be rude as fuck.
You could've kept the statements you made to yourself ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
It’s called criticism. This one was a little crude, but not invalid. And to criticise art you just need working eyes
You could’ve kept your comments to yourself as well, but I see you chose not to.
Whether or not I’m an artist (I am) has nothing to do with the ability to critique something. I know what consistency looks like. I know when something is disproportionate. I know the qualities that makes a human attractive to other humans. So do you. So do most people. I’m not saying this artist should be as good as the artist who does Painter of the Night, I’m saying that
1. The two main characters are inconsistently and often poorly drawn, while secondary characters are more aesthetically pleasing. This makes it feel as if the main characters are throwaway. The story makes both the seme and uke highly unlikeable, without the benefit of being drawn prettily to balance it out.
2. The main uke and main seme are drawn inconsistently. The artist needs more practice drawing their own characters in the most common positions.
3. If a different artist is drawing different characters, then the artists need to switch. Of all the characters, the protagonist and primarily love interest should be the best drawn, and their story should be the clearest and most empathetic.
Ideally the author would have the insight to agree with my criticisms and then work on fixing these specific problems so their comic is elevated. But if they’re immature and believe they’re just fine as-is, then they’ll likely cry about someone saying that their big-headed uke has a big head or that their ugly seme is WAY too ugly to have an ugly personality as well.
I stand by everything I said. And by the way? There’s a reason folks who can’t sing two notes in the same key end up humiliated on talent shows, namely folks who think it’s better to be “nice” than to be forthright and truthful. One of the artists working on this (maybe there is only one) clearly has the capacity for excellence which means these inconsistencies are the result of someone slacking and not caring as much as they should.
I guess I came forceful too. I just wanted for people to stop.always bashing others. You know, I feel that for every project there is at least one person who cherishes it. I don't want other to discredit their even if little efforts.
I wasn't praising nor story nor plot.
So please don't hold any hard feelings on me. I'm really sorry.
If you're an artist can I see your art? I like art a lot. Maybe you have an Instagram @ or something ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
I don't curr I feel bad for Chang, I feel bad for Ed, I wish that Chang and Glenn could both just share Ed in a perfect world, let me have my fantasy okay, in a perfect world everyone ends up with whoever they want even if it means sharing, they could just set up in Glenn's big ass mansion and take turns reaming Ed after Ed and Chang finally resolve things and Ed and Glenn finally resolve things
But that one blond dude can go fuck himself
Kangwoo has someone better, insecure people are energy vampires, let that little white haired punk suck someone else dry with his neediness
