As far as my understanding goes, heats are equivalent to omegaverse periods lool so they don't have separate periods
But periods more or less signal the end of reproductive cycle while heats signal the peak (?) of the reproductive cycle (I really don’t know the accurate terms but I hope this somewhat makes sense lol) so they can’t really be equivalents.
