Ido only cares about Sejin after the tragedy happened in the past. If the tragedy didn't occurred, Ido probably still treating Sejin like shit until he grew old. The story is so realistic. If only Jooin could be little like Subin... First love is hard to forget but Subin is the proof that first love is nothing but endless love is what he needs. Jun wasn't first love but he was his last love. I love how 2nd ML win in this story. I can see Subin still loved Hyeonwoo but he chose not to care about their past anymore since he also loves Jun and in relationship with him. Jun is the one who heal Subin broken hearted. Cain too. but Jooin chose Yahwi at the end because he loved him too much as he was his first love. What a typical BL story. Hate Mate has the best plot ever..
Yahwi is asshole and Jooin is selfish bish. They suit together. I only read because of Cain. Subin cannot be compare to Jooin. Subin didn't make excuses unlike Jooin just used Cain to forget Yahwi and in the end he just choose yahwi and dump cain. I hate guy like jooin and i love guy like subin. Idk why people seemed to misread the story this entire time. He is trash for sure for treating him that way but y’all seem to get confused cause he never cheated on him. They were broken up during the entire time he was being with others. He slept around as a single dude, it was the mc that chose to stubbornly stay by his side and watch him do all that- all for the hope that he’d go back to the way he was.
The breakup happened when he basically made the mc get his mark removed and the mc was only staying at his place as a butler.
