You know, I enjoy a nice character development or a nice redemption arc as much as the next door person, but I also think not every character deserves that.
For example, a character that was a bad dad or a bad husband can redeem, if what they did was just neglecting them, I have seen nice developments and receptions.
But if that character raped his wife and beat the shit out of his children, you know, I don't feel like I want to see a happy ending with this very same character, yeah, he might have changed, but the bitter feeling doesn't go away, and is not really as satisfactory.
Stans like her exist and is so scary, I am surprise she didn't pull the card of "stop sexualizing them they are real people" and pull the same that one Xiao Zhan stan did.
