usually though, a kid who didn't grow enough because of lack of nutrition, if she is then in an optimal environment early enough, she will be able go row to her full potential then....she even did regular work outs and stuff for sword training etc. so it makes no sense at all that she is still so skinny and frail as if she was starved all her life
