I feel the Butler feels most betrayed because he was on her side from the one but he has to keep his emotions on check for his master.

If she wants to be the master of the home, she can no longer just pass by every day .

she has to step up and call all the servants in the house and talk to them give them a summary of why she did what she did . She has to let them have a little understanding so they can actually respect her enough to serve her without prejudice..
