I am wondering, thinking back to their last interaction after her escape and her insane fear of his arrival that she gave up her Royal position to wait for his "attack".. even though it did not come to now, BLUSHING at anything he says/does... This is insane. I do not get the leap or glide through...
Girls can see the prettiest man in their life and walk by without looking back or even meet a stranger in a bar and have the most soul-connecting conversation and at the end wave goodbye as if nothing happened.. so to see her blush LITERALLY at anything he does is a little disconcerting...

I don't know whether I liked this or accidentally disliked but I do agree with your comment!! The story is beautifully written and I love most aspects of it but I cannot envision romance between the two leads considering one was so severely horrible to his wife so much that it tried to kill her twice during their marriage. I suppose the writer wanted to write a complex romance redemption but realistically.. this relationship would remain unhealthy because their past would torment them even if they both change. There will always be that small part of them scared: she will be scared he will torment her like that again and he is scared that she will try to end it because of him again. Story would've been okay with her forgiving him and moving on rather than them having to get back together.
Those are exactly my sentiments. They can never be on an even playing field. He went too far.
Love is all about being evolved , they both don't like themselves 1stly they should recognize what they really want but now I can see character development , what I personally believe in any relationship you need to understand what's under the rugs, why that person behaving like that, n observing each other to find solution for own happiness, solution would be anything, and in love you need to give selflessly they both didn't do any single thing to find balance in their emotional compatibility , but again now they have realized this is great sign , no one is perfect , no relationship is lovely bubble what people expect is not normal ,two people should start expecting less n understand ur other half , love would be simple then again love is in the evolving.
