Does the bodyguard have something on Jian? Or is he trying to manipulate such that Jian will only have him to lean on? Or does he actually hate Jian so much that he wants to break him so bad?
I think in this case it’s both, lol. Jin has a special obsession with Jian that hasn’t been fully explained until their past is revealed. But Jin also despises Jian for an obvious reason. Jin has a twisted sense of possessiveness toward Jian to the point of not wanting Jian to care about even his own stepbrother. So, it’s understandable that Jin is irritated by Jian’s promiscuous behavior as well as his self-destructive tendencies. As the author once answered in a Q&A, Jin’s relationship with Jian is a Love-Hate relationship, mixed with possessiveness.
I hope they draw the whole novel. I wouldn't like it if they leave out anything. Usually when they draw a novel story they leave out the side stories, making it somewhat incomplete. I really wanted to saw the art of their detailed past *Lee Wooyeon's pov*
