i dont like the main couple as much anymore lol i cant stand useless misunderstandings and when people refuse to listen to their partners. even their conversations dont get them anywhere cuz theyre both such shit communicators lol. maybe if i read the side story right after the main story id still like the characters but its been so long that to hop right back in with such a ridiculous conflict is just aint doing it for me
idk i feel like im ok with the direction of this story. it seems like itll be more of a "trustworthy aniki provides guidance and becomes major person in so-and-so's life and then the younger guy accidentally finds out he is gay by walking in on him with his partner (prolly that blond guy in the cram school we saw last chapter) and has his own sexual awakening but no direct relationship with said older person"-type story/trope. im trusting this author not to make it weird and groomy, but rn it seems like a solid - and dare i say healthy - mentorship relationship between the two. we never see healthy intergenerational platonic non creepy relationships between guys in stories, let alone BL. so much so that the comments are losing their minds despite there being no hint of p.edophilia in the actual story lol. imma wait it out!
a) jiho shoulda never went over there lol he knew better than to go crash at ur non platonic ex-friend-who-just-recent-confessed's house like theres no way yall are gonna come out from that unscathed. he should have some self awareness, say 'sorry i shouldnt have come', and RUSH back to inwoo to apologize STAT.

i am liking this backstory for miyai! def resonates as a smart neurospicy kid who was VERY bored in school and didnt perform "well" because of it. im glad miyai met someone who was able to inspire him to connect with his intelligence and revive his interests! i would prefer this to be an innocent "first love that triggered character development" type of story that doesnt go anywhere rather than anything actually happening between the two of them tho :)
