Fei also thought asami has a hand in the death of his foster dad. Fei rape akihito (no excuse! but) because he was still mad angry, hurt, and almost obsessive cuz he trusted and did fell for asami only for him to lie to him and plus asami had spies in his group and stole something important. So he figure he'll hurt asami by defiling akihito.
