I love this so much, that last chapter made me cry!!!
The deaths of the Hashiras was so sad! The Flame Hashira's death I think was the saddest. Really got me in ny feelings.
This will always have special place in my heart.
Some things I would lile to see:
1. Before the Demon Slayer Corpse was disbanded, I wish rhey would have made more Hashira's. I think Tanjirou at least is deserving of the Hashira title
2. I would have liked to see Tanjirou perfom all 12 of the Sun God moves perfectly to create the 13th form (perhaps back at home, like his father did)
3. More fluff and after stories. I want to see what the pillars did, Tanjiro and Kanao, Zenitsu and Nezuko, Inosuke. What did the sword makers do? Even though the corpse is disbanded, I like to think that the remaining breath forms were still passed on and taught to others. I'd also like to see if that demon who was woth Tamayo (forgot his name) was abke to create something that at least made Tanjiro's arm "normal". Like, he still can't use it, but it looks like an arm that isn't old and wrinkly.
FINALLY! I've been waiting for Hiyori to mess with Hodaka's horns.
On a side note, Hiyori is stupid, he over thinks things wayyyy too much. "My reactiveness is gone" bitch, the only reason you were like that in the first place is because you weren't letting yourself get some and kept anticipating Hodaka to do something and got yourself all worked up. He really just needed to accept that he's also horny. However, Hiyori is fragile and I understand that he was confused by his feelings and therefore scared. Hodaka is really patient too, fluff ×100 (︶︿︶)=凸
It's official. San is the bad ass who did all that damage to Hwan. San has "always been good with weapons" and it's important for Hwan to not recognize him. I bet San was really the one to do the damage, Geumsun definitely played a part, and since he didn't get hurt like San, I bet that's why he's remembered and assumed to be the reasin why Hwan almost died.
It's safe to assume the markings on San are the work of Geumsun. It's said that he had to share some of his powers with San. I have two theories about this. A) It's true that San lost his powers and memories, but by now he has regained them, but Geumsun has restricted them with those markings for the sake of defeating Hwan. Or B) San never lost his powers and memory, it's just an excuse, and the markings are restricting them, and once they are undone, San will have both powers and memories back.
Regardless, I think Geumsun is resticting San's powers, and that those markings are why San smells like Geumsun, all for the sake of keeping him hidden
I agree woth many, this is a frustrating read, but I love it so much. I think it's very realistic. and that's whh it's frustrating. Problems aren't as easy to solve as they seem irl, and sometimes we never know what happens. This is slow paced, and it's painful, and that's probably what has me hooked. I'm so attached to the characters that I can feel their emotions. It takes a while to undsrstand their actions but I'm there, and I can sympathize with their decisions. I'm high key rooting for Yeon Wu ans Chae Hyuk, and Jae and Hae Rae are the saving grace for them. The loose ends are slowly coming back to complete the circle.
I can't wait for updates, this is one of my favorites now.
We can all agree that the wholesomeness of San would have made this chapter an easier read.
I have some thoughts about the future of this webtoon:
What if Eunjae sins, once that monster thing is taken care of, and he becomes a reaper? Eunjae would get his memories erased but I'm sure San would do his best to have a relationship with him. I highly doubt this will happen, but it would be an interesting conflict in their relationship.
On a different note, some people have theorized 704 and Geumsun having a relationship before 704 became a reaper. I can see this being a possibility, but I also think Geumsun debunked that when he said 704 came to him and initiated things... With that said, Geumsun also mentioned "Taking what was his by force" so he definitely hints at a prior relationship.
I'm excited to see how this pans out.
