What is with this trend of insecure protagonists thinking they know someone else's feelings better than that person does!?
I've been thinking this for a while and I don't think Ibelina is necessarily stupid, but I think her thought process definitely is, especially in the context of an isekai:
So if it's some random princess who is accepting of him for the first time, then it's "destiny" and "he fell in love with the woman who gave him kindness and warmth", but if it's she who is accepting, he's "just confused because he's attached and comfortable with her"????
Ibelina fulfills the exact conditions the princess did for him to fall in love. Why is it so hard to just accept that you're his new love interest in the story!? And this is an isekai! She KNOWS what it took for him to fall in love with the princess, *why* can't she see that she did the exact same things and that's WHY he loves her??

Oh thank god for the spoilers, I thought /I/ was being weird bc of the ship vibes I started getting in these recent chapters. Kind of a pleasant surprise actually, I'm not used to getting the endgame I want (ish) in these types of "she charms everyone she meets" stories!
Bit of a bummer about the drama that leads to the ending, but oh well. Any chance the comic will improve it?

He's scared and pretending he knows what Jensen's thinking so he doesn't have to take a risk - but love is ALWAYS going to be a risk, but the way Niel approached this makes me mad.
I'm super pissed that instead of stopping at "I'm too scared to take that risk, so ask me again if you're 100% sure"
(although tbh can we Ever be 100% sure that we've found the right label and will never experience something new and question it???)
that he then went on to say what he THINKS Jensen is feeling or going through. That's just such a hurtful way to respond to somebody's confession, telling them their feelings aren't real like that! People who do this need to get over themselves and realize that they don't become mindreaders from having a shitty experience in love. In that sense, I agree that they need to revisit that topic when they're rested and sober - but not because Jensen's drunk, but because Niel is being a dumbass and he needs to not walk over other people's feelings like this. Hope Jensen grabs this chance and shows him just how mistaken he was!

Am I the only one really enjoying this webtoon???
One of my absolute favourite thus far - the couple falls for each other fast without being too stupid about it, the villain is persistent but satisfying to watch be humiliated, and the MC is being very proactive in protecting herself and not just Defeating Everyone By Charming Them With Kindness. Plus the art is gorgeous!
The villains are like obnoxious cockroaches, but that's what's so great about them! Their delusions of grandeur make their losses, no matter how un-final, so satisfying to watch! I look forward to the Villain Plot Of The Week, especially as we seem to be gearing up for more involvement from the bigger, if not biggest, villain boss.
But sometimes you just like to see the self-centered characters get slammed with reality again and again, yknow?
I guess maybe this type of story progression is just an acquired taste?
This is so depressing........pls......give Athy her family back.............. ;w;

I mean, maybe it's obvious, but anyway, pretty clearly the Emperor has been tampered with magically, to cause him headaches whenever Athy is near, but for the headaches to go away whenever Jenny is. Someone's trying to manipulate the emperor into feeling affection for Jenny, like a Pavlovian effect where he'll associate Jenny with peace.
Whoever did that disgusts me to my CORE, how DARE they!
I wish Athy tried to call for the magician boy again ; w ; He could probably fix this.
OMG UR SO RIGHT
If that's the case then well imma head out-
