Uhh if you look at like the last three chapters I think Param talks about how Han is playing with his feelings, I don't think Param likes him as much anymore plus I can't tell but it seems like Hwi is Params lover and Param loves Hwi, what you said was in the past we have to determine this after they have sex and see if he now gets hard because of Mr.Han after doing all that with Hwi..

like if you are going to attack me, just read what i said above. so okay sure, mr han didn’t try anything on param but he does have thoughts about using param for his sexual needs whereas param actually likes him. it’s pretty much clear where his character is going because the author obvi set him up as the antagonist.
