Mathias with each passing episode, he becomes a more hateful, evil and vile character. I know the novel a little bit, and it's unbelievable how his character can have a happy ending.

Leila , I know she had a terrible childhood but thanks to her uncle she grew up having an incredibly good time. It's unbelievable how she doesn't value herself. Let her son learn what that damn woman is, you know. It's not important than your education. You're not doing this for yourself, try fighting for all your uncle's hard work. If someone deserved this kindness I would understand, but this woman doesn't.

Kyle, I don't think Kyle is a likable character either.
He is very insistent and knows that Leila doesn't love him but he continues despite this, selfishly.
And the fact that he thinks his mother will be convinced so quickly, he is really a child, his ignorance is annoying
