It's not a smut like this one, but I really recommend the manga Boku Girl! It's one of my favorites and the love interest loves the MC as both genders too (although he's definitely conflicted at first).
I'm sad cause the ending... But it was a rollercoaster of weird emotions.... If you're not into tragic-romance, and abuse you prolly shouldn't read ^-^'
