In the general ABO knowledge male Betas can impregnate but can't be impregnated and female Alphas can occasionally be pregnant. I have read somewhere that a female alpha can impregnate a male omega. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I think it depends on the author and i noticed how the male beta emphasized the sperm count of the alpha (i think he told him not to pull out because sperm would be wasted) because he wanted kids, he was saying it like he wants a miracle to happen.
