I think this is just their secondary work so the updates are sporadic (and I assume the scanlators are only translating the hq chapters from volumes so we’ll have to wait until vol 2 for more besides the extras we got now)

You missed the point. I don't think the mc was told that the people involved in the dream would remember what happened inside. He was told that he would start to remember everything from each dream as if it had happened in real life. Why would you act so close to those that were involved in the dream out of nowhere?
