Zhenya did have some character development and he had a good relationship with Taekjoos mom too... He keep visiting her even when Tj is not home just to accompany her which i think is sweet af and he help Tj a lot at his job so that he could finish faster and spend more time with him...
He is still an unhinged lunatic but he did care a lot about Tj later on... To the best of his abilities (remember he is not really capable of love) and he always kisses Tj on his cheeks, nose, chin, lips etc etc which is also sweet af. Tj cared a lot for him as well, like one time he called him (Z) first and he didn't pick up so he went to panic mode.
Anyways... Tj just went with the flow really in their relationship coz he knows he cant escape Zhenya so he just accepted his fate at a certain point. Helps that Zhenya is hot af ig

Well that's reassuring, I was seriously so disappointed after reading the recent chapter ╥﹏╥. Is that what happened in the novel?
What a bunch of good looking people... I mean just look at Theo and his friend group (Kane, Gunner, tattoo guy) my gosh why is everyone so damn hot
I thought this is going to be one of those typical annoying plot but it actually is so interesting and the MC is cool af, he's mature, hawt, have a nice job, well respected...

This is a very very dark romance, real enemies to lovers. Not one of those 'i hate him sm' in the beginning and then they started falling for each other later.
Here, they actually HATE each other to the core, tried killing each other multiple times, and both does not care tf about each other (but that changed wayyyy later).
Dark romance is not for everyone so i get when people complain but you guys should know the genre before reading it and don't start if you're just gonna complain. There's a novel and its clear from the beginning that this is not gonna be a sweet love story. Its a very dark and toxic one. So drop it if you can't handle cause its gonna get so much worse... Much much worse later on T^T

I feel like Korean manhwas have always been inferior to Japanese mangas when it comes to plot, diversity and character development... But once in a while we got gems like this... Such a well written manhwa, its slow burn, the build to the climax will be amazing, every chapter is interesting and does so well portraying the human psyche and how manipulations and abusive relationship can happen （￣へ￣）i love this sm
