I kinda agree. theres something for why he wants to have sex yet pretend they didn't go to school together. and the other band member that's a little too nice. a lot of these webtoons take 20 plus chapters to get going. but I ust don't know if this is worth the wait, I also forget the name of it since I don't think it updates as often

Yeah, I just feel that at this point there should be some sort of payoff? We don't need the big questions answered, but we need at least a little of what's been set up all these chapters to pay off but it's just sort of dragging. I get the feeling that a lot of what's going on has been red herrings and stuff that ultimately won't matter or be addressed later so I need to leave instead of getting frustrated each chapter and letting it out in the comment section. I genuinely meant it when I hoped others enjoyed, wasn't being sarcastic. It's just not for me.

I started reading bl motel and I wanted to slap the characters for being so dense. it feels like some of these webtoons drag it out to prolong extra chapters. but at least with bl motel I genuinely have a fondness for their stupidity.theres really no plot,but that's ok.with this,its dragging,and I really don't like any of the characters.so I totally respect your opinionლ(´ڡ`ლ)

Thanks! That's nice of you to say. And I agree that the characters' likeability (or lack thereof) play a role. For me, it's also understanding the 'why'. I only dabbled with a few chapters of BL motel (put it on hold till there were more chapters and now there r so many I'm intimidated haha), but characters who make no sense because they're a bit stupid are fine, it's part of the dopey charm. Characters that make no sense because we can't understand why they do one thing then another are just frustrating.

haha. that's ok. read maybe the first 8 to establish, and then skip maybe 10 chapters and read 2, etc. ive read it from the start so waiting for that aha moment is sweet. its mostly smut tbh. but its cute. if youre ever bored its not bad to try. I think its wrapping up. theres not much more that can happen. but don't be afraid to voice your opinion. so long as its not ill intentioned, don't worry if not everyone agrees!!

Everyone has been talking about this literally since this first came out. This is a conversation that happened EVERY. SINGLE. CHAPTER. THAT. THEY. HAVE. SEX. IN. Hyesung has been denying him since the very beginning of the story, it was fine and people were sympathetic, even fought for him, but over the course of the story Hyesung keeps giving little bits of character progression that makes it seem like he might open up to Dojin, only for it to be thrown in the trash so the sex can be rapey. That's why people are irritated with him, they're married with a child, Hyesung is masterbating to him, but for the rape factor to still be present he was made tl say stop and cry... while saying it feels so good. It comes across shallow, the impact of whatever trauma he's supposed to have is overplayed.

You sound very ignorant. I don't like the whole "he was saying it felt good so why did he want him to stop?"
"Feeling pleasure" when you were traumatized with something like this makes it worse for the victim because then they blame themselves. Or think they deserved it. It's way more complicated than that, dude.

And on top of that I think hyesung is probably dealing with a gender identity crisis.

This is like when people are like "You've been depressed for a whole week. Aren't you over it?"

I honestly believe that Hye-sung's personality and character have improved throughout the story. Considering that he has had a trauma since he was a child related both to his mother and to him as a person and an omega. It is true that he is a difficult person, that he is married and has a child, but from the beginning he did not want to have a child. When he saw Byul after he tried to leave, he wanted to be near them, even though he refused the marriage request at first, seeing his in-laws he wanted to have what they have, he wanted Byul to have a real family.
The relationship between Hyesung and Dojin from the beginning did not start well, but throughout the story it has improved. Hyesung should not be considered the negative character in the story for his previous mistakes. As the relationship of the two has gradually improved, as well as individually as characters, they will continue to evolve with the story line.
That's what I think at least. I hope all the hatred toward him will end. (￣∇￣")

It'll end when his character progression reflexts in his actions.
