The price can vary because there's often discounts but here's the standard prices, $4 for 14 coins, $10 for 35 coins, $20 for 75 coins, and there's a couple more options that cost more. Not sure how that compares to the other sites because I can only pay in dollars anyways but I know the points are more useful when purchasing on the English site. You can gain points by going to the korean site daily and it gives discounts on the coins. About 1000 free points are given out monthly. To get the lowest discount you need 100 points on the English site, 1500 on the Korean site and 500 on the Japanese site.
You can only view chapters when connected to the internet. Sadly there's no offline viewing options :(
