I haven't read this since I don't read doujins but came here as there were a lot of people complaining about pedophilia.
By definition this is not pedophilia, "Pedophilic disorder is characterized by recurring, intense sexually arousing fantasies, urges, or behavior involving children (usually 13 years old or younger)." Yuji is 15 not 13 and has a developed body, he doesn't have a prepubescent body of a child and does not share any similarities to a shotacon.
Instead Gojo (in this doujin) is a ephebophile, "Ephebophilia is the primary sexual interest in mid-to-late adolescents, generally ages 15 to 19" - from wikipedia, the age of consent in Japan is 13 but in some municipalities like Tokyo (where Yuji and Gojo is from) the age of consent is 18 so yes Gojo is committing a crime.
Either way it is illegal but there is a a big misconception between pedophilia and ephebophile that people are making in the comments and I wanted to clear this up.
Honestly it's such a shame because the mc is a sweetheart but the ml is kinda ruining it for me (spoilers)
1. The novel (being translated) is further ahead and the reviews say it's an unrequited love from eyra and the ml doesn't like him at all but has some interest hence the 3%. I guess you can see it as the ml playing along because he has nothing better to do and him being a dragon and all, he sees humans like ants so him going out with eyra is like an act of benevolence from him since eyra confessed.
2. Even at 100 chapters in the novel his rapport is at 10% -_-
3. He's often had lovers during his 10 year stay at solath (like eyra) so he can find his mate, to act like an acceptable lover and treat them well he imposed rules, like no cheating, abuse and killing.
4. Latter half of novel he finds out that eyra can't be his mate because he didn't live in solath most of his life, eyra breaks up with him and made a deal to find his mate before some time limit (destruction date of solath). Eyra finds his ideal mate (looks like him), he gets jealous that ml is treating him well on their date (like a gentleman) but the mate was actually a slime disguised as a human, ml gets mad and says the deals off, he tries to destroy one of the town outskirts but eyra stopped him and fought back. Eyra fighting back and actually holding him off, made his rapport points increase to 35% then as they continue fighting it eventually hits 100%.
5. The ml now falls harder in love with eyra then eyra to him.
My thoughts: ML is trash he only fell in love after fighting him -_- and he probably would've ended up happily with his ideal mate if he wasn't a slime. I don't know, the spoilers are putting me off because it meant that the time spent together meant nothing to him, it wasn't his personality that made him fall and the audacity to tell him he can't be his mate since he didn't grow up in solath which lead to their break up.
EDIT: There are some people who have read the novel (via korean raws) who give more details in the comments but at the end of the day all these spoilers are coming from people who have read the novel through MTL so the details defer from person to person due to interpretation, so it's up to you whose spoilers you take to heart.
But the general consensus is that most of ML's personality and actions are explained away by the fact that he's a dragon so we shouldn't judge him according to human standards, if that doesn't bother you then you should continue reading! Eyra and the plot is well worth the ride.

This website leave reviews for translated novels, it's currently being translated but it's further then the webtoon and has some decent amount of reviews.

Hello. Since you haven't really read the novel itself, it's better for you to read it instead of judging it based on little spoilers you saw. The novel has 200+ chapters and there are a lot of things that they didn't include in spoiler especially to ml side. I'm currently reading the raw novel rn and there are a lot to take actually since this novel/manhwa is not focused on romance so it's slow burn (it test my patient fr XD) To anyone want to read this novel, give it a chance, don't just judge it too quickly
this is my input from the spoilers that you gave: let us consider the fact that the ML is a dragon, a great being, full of arrogance, strength and confidence so it does make sense of him acting the way he is, that is 'shitty'.
And it makes even further sense that the fight made him fall harder as, again, he's a dragon, if it wasn't for a mate, he would've chosen carnage; violence which was provided by the MC somehow. And it hinted from the start that he likes it rough, yk. Especially in the recent chapter when the rapport went up cause the MC was kinda having some bdsm moment with the ML.
Not to defend the ML tho, I did get annoyed when he thought the MC was making a move on him. Just giving an explanation as to why he's like that, hope this made sense somehow.
And I understand the MC falling for him too, bro got a lot of rizz and I know that dick game goes hard too like I want to be in MC's place myself
Hi :) I understand what you're trying to say but I don't like reading raws because it feels unreadable, trust me I've tried but most of the time it feels like I only understand the story at surface level. I usually read novels that have translated chapters and it's a much better experience. I would have read the novel but it only has 55 translated chapters and I'm not going to attempt reading 200 MTL chapters since it would a nightmare and inaccurate as well.
The spoilers are probably accurate from your reaction but it's missing some information from ML's side, would you mind sharing what it is? So other people can make an accurate judgement of whether continuing to read would be worth their time.
Just because something makes sense doesn't mean it's okay.
You see it all the time in BL, MLs acting shitty because they had a traumatic childhood, bad experiences or are supernatural beings that are incapable of feeling emotions like a human.
But this doesn't excuse their actions but gives them a reason for the way they are, giving their character more depth.
But at the end of the say, a shitty ML is a shitty ML no matter the reason and I'm not going to read knowing what's coming.

Some of spoiler you mentioned kinda wrong. I would like to answer about your comment in numbers
(1.) It one of novel where MC fall in love first before ML since MC knows to himself that he falls easily.
(2.) Korean bl novels usually don't have 200+ chapters like this one but they have short chapters but in one chapter is really long that's
it feel 25 chapters already with 1 chapters so saying "it is alr 100 chapters and ml rapport is still low" is kinda understandable to me since even this novel have 200+ chapters, every chapter is short compare to other so it is easy to read it fast.
(3.) Since this is fantasy, we have to consider that ML as dragon have natural arrogance since they're really powerful but he also mentioned that even living for a long time, hes still having difficult to understand emotions and want to find mate since he believes that when he found his mate, he would be able to understand himself (probably one of a reason why his rapport to MC is still low since he don't consider MC as his mate but the fact that ML is still have rapports to MC is achievement for MC). ML is not worse (bro just want to find his mate and live a peaceful life) compare to other dragon that dispose their mate and chose to killed human or their mate, he just broke up with them like human. ML has been protecting MC place since he believes that his mate is living there.
(4.) The ML have a... interesting stuff XD he's loves pain unlike other dragon and he does love challenges. MC knows he won't be able to defeat ML by strength so what he did is casted an illusion spell (MC is best mage for illusion magic). After ML broke the illusion, MC broke up with ML. (There are a lot of happened during their fight but honestly, it one of my favorites chapters XD) And they didn't fight until the ML rapport went to 100, there are a lot of thing happened that I can't easily summarize but when they got together again after ML always courting MC, ML rapports still lower than MC (around 70+) and MC know that time that his is higher but still get back together to ML since MC said to himself if he will going to love someone as much he love the ML.
I'm not personally fans of ML (I don't like how he can be heartless sometimes but it changes when he falls harder to MC :') He will do everything for MC ) I really the MC and the plot. MC is really smart, he knows how to use ML soft spot and take advantage it. I wish there are more side stories :'((

So is the part about the ML having a date with his 'ideal mate' wrong? Because I'm confused about the timeline of the events and if his rapport didn't increase during battle then how did it increase to 100%?
Real, only reading because I love eyra's antics/shenanigans. He can still stand as a strong protagonist even without a love interest.
Idk if it alleviate things but he's a dragon after all... he's not human with moralities...

That the spoilers you posted are misguided and aren't accurate to what actually happened in the story. The story is very interesting, and the reason why Yanu behaves the way he does is very intricate to the plot and the final battle. The reasoning was silly but made a lot of sense. I read it so long ago I can't answer in details without having to re-read it because it was a lot, but from what I do remember.
I'm sorry for the spoilers for those who don't wanna read so I'll try and hide it.

1.) The rapport score IS NOT WHAT IT APPEARS TO BE. It's different for each person, and the rapport for Yanu does not represent how much he loves Eyra. He does actually like and enjoy his time with Eyra.
2.) He didn't fall in love with Eyra after fighting him, but after fighting him he confirmed the one thing he knew to be true amongst all dragons: that dragons cannot kill their mate. He was able to kill all of Eyra's clones but not Eyra himself.
3.) The reason Yanu and Eyra first believed that Eyra couldnt be Yanu's mate was that they knew his mate was in Solath whose presence one day disappeared. And Eyra lived his entire life in the Magicians Tower. They believed that if Eyra was the mate, Yanu could sense him at the Magician's Tower, but because the tower has a heavy cloaking spell, of course Yanu wouldn't be able to sense him.
4.) They love each other equally. Rather, they HAVE to love each other equally in order to prevent the destruction of Solath. Before D-day, Yanu's report was at 100, and Eyra's wasn't (it' was around 98). Everything that happens between them regarding the rapport score and the skill ability is related to the plot and the final battle where everything gets explained.
5.) There's a lot of dragon lore and dragon-related behavioural details in the novel that explain the bulk of what Yanu's personality is like. He's not a human and shouldn't be judged as a human, and Eyra has come to terms with that.
I'm really sorry to everyone who partook in adding to the spoilers, I edited my post to give more clarity of the situation but it seems like doing so erased all the comments.
