So glad this is one of the stories where the FL can stand on equal ground as the ML. I've read enough manhwa here to know when something is tagged "Strong Female Lead" it doesn't always mean Strong Female Lead. She's strong AND (technically) smart. Was kind of losing interest in the first third of the story because development was so slow. But it really ramped up later.
**Spoilers**
Kyle's jealously is a bit annoying and the only way he acts upon it is to lock her up?? Like, he can't trust her around ANYONE no matter how many times she reassures him. He probably trusts her more going into war and coming back alive, than her being faithful to him. lol
Deloah had zero character development from start to end. She was so set on her goal I feel she would do it again if given the chance. I do feel sorry for Izak, since they were forced to marry. She has yet to fall in love with him. My hope is that she uses her brain and he uses his strength and kindness to reform the city they live in and they bond over that.
I'm glad they got rid of Joe's telepathy. It was getting redundant. haha Loved the fact that she trained and basically became one of the best swordsmen that can hold her own ground and way more. Though, she went from being the worst to the best a little too fast in my opinion. Also happy that she put some thought into it and decided not to remain stable boy.
The people that instantly figured out Joe was a woman, that was way too convenient for the for the plot. Like they just knew she was a woman instead of finding it out some other way. Part of me believes that it wouldn't even matter if she was an actual guy and this was basically a BL. haha Whether Blaine even had a crush on Joe at all wouldn't matter, because Kyle would have made him help Joe anyways. Deloah never brought up the fact that she's a woman or used it against her. Theo would have still fallen for Joe. Snow wouldn't have treated her any differently then if she was a man. Isabella, well she was designed to be obsessed with Joe no matter what. The dude and his men at the fortress when she went to save Blaine, dead. Plus, Kyle still blushed when she's in new, fancy male attire. Plus, when Kyle is Emperor, who is going to stop him from marrying man or woman?

I need to sit this artist down and tell them to look at a picture of a horse... You'd think at some point when you have to draw so many horses for a story that revolves around a STABLE BOY you'd eventually get a little better at drawing them. But, I do commend them for actually drawing the horses instead of just using the default 3D horse model like every other manhwa uses. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Not a big fan of the ML. He is too oblivious and gets MC into way more trouble than needed because he's such a horn dog... The second art style wasn't as appealing as the first but it told the rest of the story just fine.
**Spoilers**
The side story ended so abruptly. We didn't get a chance to see the infamous grandfather. Wish we had more of a backstory to Issac's bio father. Concluding the side story with the second pregnancy still in the air??? Why??? ┗( T﹏T )┛
One of my biggest gripe with Felix is that he knows he's being monitored AND he know someone is trying to track down Issac. But he keeps putting Issac and Benjamin at risk because he can't keep it in his pants... As a weapons dealer you'd think he'd be more careful about his and his partner's safety... But, no, he's prancing around without bodyguards and not being discrete.
ALSO, Felix complains to Issac about breaching the contract because Issac missed his rut (dude was literately kidnapped), when he clearly failed to protect Benjamin and his mom from being kidnapped... While they're both on a plane heading over to rescue mother and son. Shouldn't the contract be void at that point???

So the fact that the similarities between Isaac's and Pahn's (Fan, Phan) hair and eye colors has absolutely nothing to do with each other is wild to me. I was thinking there would be a case of mistaken identity somewhere down the road, but nope. Why have TWO of the male leads look alike and be crazy overpowered?

**Spoiler?**
Ch. 18
They haven't even been together for 24 hours yet and they are already swooning for each other. Lol Just a few hours ago he wanted to kill her, then he got massively jealous that she wanted to give a gift to another guy... What were in those cucumber sandwiches??
Ch.22
Ayo... Stalker vibe much?? Sneaks in after father leave and asks "Where you at? Who you with?"
Ch. 34
The only one that wants this relationship at this point is Max. They wouldn't even be together if the father and daughter never had the misunderstandings and communicated better! Also Max, you literal man-baby... Stop throwing a fit every time you don't get your way.
Ch. 38
Finally calling Max out for his BS. Took long enough. Thought she was going to be his doormat for the rest of the series. Lol
Ch. 79
It finally gets called out that Max was one that wanted the relationship in the first place!!! All these dang misunderstandings until it was too late!!! Do better Pops! haha Story is finally getting better. Juvelian is more assertive now but is still clueless to political/imperial side of things around her. Which I feel she should have been neck deep in at this point.
Ch. 102
Wait, so did she actually transmigrated from Korea or was that all in her head too? It was very briefly covered in Ch. 2 for 3 panels and never brought back up or used in the story. Honestly, if you just take that part out, the story doesn't change at all. So instead of a story she read when she was alive in Korea, her mom told her that her life is just a story...?
Ch. 115
Why does Fafnil like grabbing people's faces so much?? Girl, just bite his fingers. lol
Ch. 130 & 131
How are you going to finish the series with something spicy then end it with a sad note? lol The ending is telling me that Legis will always be sad and lonely until he dies... Is he at least going to see her again every year on the day she died? Or is that just a one-time deal depending on how any items she had imbued with her magic? What a bittersweet ending for him. Let the man actually be happy!
Going to stop at Ch 18.
Not a fan of how the characters interact with each other and how the plot is moving forward. The pacing is odd, sometimes going too fast. I'm sure she'll have some kind of character development later on in the story, but her personality is kind of bland. Too cool, calm, and collected with anything that comes her way. Like, she's seen it all before, nothing surprises her, everything annoys her, she's got everything planned 10 steps ahead...
The prince starts getting obsessive pretty early on in the story. Like dude, you barely know her. She just wants to be left alone and you're already at her feet for the smallest drop of attention ...
Art style not my favorite either. Overuse of 3D models makes characters feel awkward and unnatural. Distracting even, if the pose is weird enough. Haha
Overall, this feels like the artist is grinding out the story with not a lot of passion for storytelling.
