Ci Nian deserves to bring him to justice himself smh. And he's fully capable of it too. He's been to prison and witnessed his parental figure die right before his eyes and managed to recover. Plus is raising a child on his own, all while plotting revenge for years. He doesn't need to he coddled and protected like some uwu baby.
