Fiction does indeed effect reality but that does not mean it can be done so easily. If it does then this planet would have been absolutely f*CK ages ago.
And again this story does have what we morally would call a taboo as it's base but it really does depend on a person maturity/morallity and sanity.
But you also have to remember that many well known novels, movies, anime, manga and literature has a whole lot of very very questionable and twisted stories and relationships that. This is just one of them just less rapey and more fluff. So it really depends on how one would view it.
The people here are able to debate on all that here so I would really not be worried. At least we know they just find this amusing and aren't actually looking to go f a kid?
