It's mislabeled. I looked at Japanese sites and there's only 1 artist listed for this story and that's Mahiro Kirino.
Really? I did think it was odd it being a Japanese manga, but there are certain scenes and moments where the art style looks very alike

Well, it came true in Ch.10 it had me ROFL xDD And why did i cry buckets in ch.11 when Kazuha was talking about his feelings and then went to say goodbye to yuuma & Rei broke me even tho i know it's same person i wept like lil Itsuki (つ︿◕｡) but it was fun when u could see all his alters appear in Rei's personality ...so endearing (´▽`ʃƪ)♡
