    If i remember correctly her mother already died. The reason she says she will be an orphan if her brother dies is because he is the only blood-related family she has, since their mother passed away and they never knew about their biological father

There is a korean-drama called "kill me heal me "( straight romance) which has basically the same storyline except that the FL is a psychiatrist & mL has the same condition!

Although it's straight & English subbed ! But I'd totally recommend it!! You won't regret it pinkie promise!! ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ the drama is a geem!
