Now the spoiler :
Si Jin (MC) was a God and a heavenly commander under the Supreme Lord but later on Si Jin comes to know the the Lord was gaining power through killing and consuming others soul. So he rebels against the Lord due to which many of the other gods die and at last after he defeated the Lord Si Jin soul my broken and just as he was about to die one of the God make a blood contract with him which saves his life and now Si Jin has lots of evil points or karma so he becomes the No. 1 prisoner but the henchman of the Lord had constantly put Si Jin into nightmare by them using the prison rule because of which Si Jin goes crazy and feels guilty for his dead soldiers .
So now Si Jin has to travel through these worlds to offset the karma.
As for (ML) Linyuan, at first Si Jin recognize him as the God who saved him through the blood contract after he tasted Linyuan blood in the first arc but later on in one of the world he comes to know that Linyuan was one of his disciple .
So other part is where in when Si Jin was in prison at that time Linyuan had rebelled again and again until at last he defeats everyone and becomes the Supreme Lord.
In these arcs it's more of MC and ML healing each other wounds and falling in love.
There are also side CP like :
1. Yuyan (God of Darkness / Si Jin's younger brother) X Qingyun (Old God of Chaos)

The elements are bad like forcing, blackmailing, grape(?) idk harassments but the Chibis and the crack drawings here and there made me forget to even mad at all those MLs
