Wow by reading the comments I was expecting to dislike the 1st pairing and feel bad for Yuki but ... Huh ? They were cute and actually healthy.
What did Takao and Hiro do wrong except falling in love ? Was Takao wrong for wanting to actually move on and fight his fear ? Instead of being stuck in the past like Yuki unfortunately is ? Was Yuki supposed to be his whole word forever ?
It's like the love some people on here have for Yuki (and the bestfriend trope) blinded them and they couldn't see that Yuki's behaviour became toxic for all of them.
Ofc he has his reasons, so I don't hate him, but those are what explains his actions not what excuses them.
He went too far and I hope he'll realize it during his own story. He deserves his happiness and I hope he'll realize that he'll always have a place in Takao's life.

Really, he hasn't done that much when compared to a lot more characters. They both suffered something terrible when they were younger, suffered because of that but in a way Yuki did get affected more by that. He has issues and needs to move on, find other friends. Yes he is too obsessive and shouldn't have lied but he was just a guy who felt like he was going to get left out. You're stuck in different classes,your friends gets a new friend, starts talking to you less etc. Of course you would be upset. But even through their relationship isn't healthy and he is obsessive, he still told the seme to go after his best friend at night because he was worried. He couldn't go out himself because of his phobia. Yet, he still cares enough about his friends to go against what he was trying to achieve through out all the 3 chapters just so his friend would be safe. While all this happened he just clearly felt helpless, but he still placed his friends above his feeling. The guy clearly can change, if the manga just introduces someone to him, he can slowly make more friends and over time deal with the issues that he has.

I usually am nice and try to stay out of trouble, and I usually never judge comments because of free speech yadi yada... but I've reached my limit.
First to the bunch of uncultured dumbass who keep on using the word "retarded", don't you know it's a slur and derogatory ? You're judging a character who's childish and naive by using such a strong word ? You're sometimes saying he doesn't have a brain but maybe you should use yours before expressing yourself.
Secondly to the ones who keep on talking about Meili's lips.... oh god do you know what's more troubling and annoying than his lips ? You. Can't you like the comments saying the same as your thoughts instead of repeating the same thing as everyone again and again, half of that section is about that topic. And seriously you're overreacting. I was a bit taken aback at first but damn I got over it and now I don't even care, because I'm looking at the plot.
If you can't stand the main character just leave it. You don't even try to understand the characters, simply because it doesn't suit the way you think every single guy of that age should be.
There is plenty of other stories that might suit your tastes.
I may be overreacting but I'm mad because the author created her work, is working hard on it, the translators/editors are working hard to share it with us and yet a lot of potential new readers might skip on it because of all the undeserved negativity in all those over the top comments.

I kept reading cause of the plot and I wanted to see where their relationship go and people kept judging his personality and his lips, and people have to freakin' realize there's this thing called "character development" we're too early into the story to judge about that. Oh, the author, translators, and editors are working on this and people should support them instead of complaining. Mingyu is the best 3rd party in a love triangle I've seen. He's such a sweetheart, I felt so bad for him, he deserves a hug and a lovely girlfriend who will make him happy and loved.

I really liked the first one but not the second one.
I felt like the difference between the feelings of the girl and the guy was too big.
Even after he confessed and that scene at the restaurant she still wanted to stay with her boyfriend and wouldn't have left him if she hadn't overheard him.
She cares about him but I don't see any romantic feelings on her part and it makes me sad for the male mc :/
Geh I really can't stand Araki, he's getting on my nerves so badly.
I don't really like Kyujo and think he behaves like a piece of shit most of the time but I still think he deserves better than Araki.
I think I'll drop this one for now and come back once their story is over or at least until Araki stops being so annoying and unbearable. Negativity isn't good.
But the good thing is that Koutaro is safe for now.
