I do get how all comments are feeling, but I don’t believe that he’s technically cheating
For 1 he didn’t marry either of them because of love as far as I know the first one was most likely also convenience because he needed a child as well as I’m pretty sure it was politically arranged for necessity I’m not completely sure But I am more than 70% sure
2 we don’t also know the motives of the legal spouse. We don’t know if it was because he wanted to be in that type of strong political position in life. He also was forced into this or whatever and now he’s just like mine.
3 also remember that regardless of this being fantasy, it also is technically a historical so him having more than one spouse is actually quite normal. Look at it more like societal thing like a haram than anything else technically speaking, as well as don’t even feel bad because it’s expected most likely it was something that was always expected even Also, I doubt that Nathaniel and his vows I don’t think there was anything like this on either genuinely doubt that there was anything like that
But as I don’t know how he treats him the legal spouse or anything like was it something like they do like each other? They don’t like each other. Does it feel forced? Does it feel natural? Then I will make all my judgments then when they interact.
No, because why do I do this to myself every single time with this specific one when it comes to reading it it’s always it leaves me at a cliffhanger always always. I’ll read it and something to be like I’m kind of bored right now. I don’t really feel like reading this type of story but like I’ll push it and then it gets so interesting and I get so into it and then immediately it’s like cliffhanger, massive middle finger to you
