Am I the only one who thinks that Satomi's lady neighbour, who works at the snack bar, and that Kyouji does a job interview with at the beginning of this manga, is also working for Kyouji by keeping an eye on Satomi?

Yeah true. But would Kyouji have interviewed her for the bar job? I mean, judging by his conversation with the yakuza boss, the bar owner has almost complete autonomy on the bar business and also the lady neighbour didn't seem to know that the bar was under the yakuza's wing until last chapter, so it feels like Kyouji hired her for something else
I just reread the whole thing and yeah Kyouji did hire her for the bar job. And Satomi has been hearing her phone ringing through the walls of the apartment since the beginning too. It's probably a coincidence that she is his neighbour. Still! She now knows that Kyouji is yakuza and that he has some sort of relationship with Satomi. So she may become someone who keeps and eye on him from now on, even if she does it just because she cares.

It's not that I dislike knowing more about Mey-Rin and Finny and Baldroy, but... I would also like to know the resolution of the main arc... This feels like eternal Naruto fillers all over again and this isn't even a continuously airing anime, this is the source material. Why are we taking such a painfully large detour? Is our Ciel's name really that hard to think about? Why is sensei doing this?

If it weren't for all the innocent humans suffering, I would be happy for Kaevery for finally having been put out of his misery and I would mostly be shrugging at Khaol's grief. But humans can't keep dying like that, so I hope they can help Khaol.
