So I love Chinese BL! Most of them are really good quality, kinda slow burn but they really make your heart flutter :3 Trying to avoid toxic/annoying ones but I guarantee these are gold! If you have any recommendations to add please tell me ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Hold onnnnnn what connection does the magician have within the evil guy?? What did I forget?
I think is that Lucas was alive when the guy who possessed the former emperor, became emperor himself (sorry I don't remember their names )
I kinda forgot the details but from what I remember and understand: It was from the magician’s past and the king offered his son as an apprentice and the magician refused as he called the son too pathetic to be taken as an apprentice. This angered the son and caused him to try and take down the magician but failed. When Claude and his brother were young, the son of the dead king took over the brother’s mind and turned him basically evil. So now, in the present time, the brother is basically possessed/influenced by the evil son. So, the magician is connected to the evil son who is in the body of Claude’s brother…..does that make sense? ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
If I'm not mistaken, in the novel, the child that idolizes lucas which is in Anastacius body(big brother of Claude) was called Aeternitas.
You remember that one flashback when the Emperor of that period showed his son to Lucas and asked if he could teach his son magic? Well, Lucas called the son pathetic and weak, and basically said he was a waste of space that wasn't worth his time. I'm pretty sure the kid held a grudge with Lucas because of that and somehow found a way to attain magic. Flashing forward a bit-the scene where Cluade killed his brother-an ominous shadow appears before the dying brother and asks if he wants revenge or something of the sort, and possesses his body. His aim is not really, or entirely, the imperial family, but getting revenge on Lucas. And remember how Lucas told Athy(?) he found a trace of that said person's mana/power in her daddy's curse and on the bow Jeanette gifted her? That's why Lucas said this matter concerns him as well, ...becuase it's partially his fault...
Hmm, this might be true and maybe indicate what the manhwa wants to convey. But this is way tragic for that child who was introduced to lucas. This is not this heavy as what the original plot portray him. Since he idolize and just want lucas to notice him. Though this story doesn't follow the original plot anymore, just a bit sad to have him the villain.
Lmao this helps a lot thanks (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
