its your typically dungeons and gate setting where the people divided into classes like f to s rank but the MC was a strong ass king?? i think that got transported to the modern world. They find him in a gate or smth and bring him back, thinking he a crazy in the head with his way of talking. I remember he prayed to a godess for his power and tells ppl to pray to her too, smth happens and the area they're in which grows rice becomes like a buff food or smth.
