Scans of the last chapter was leaked on the author's twitter, and fans on FB translated it. Kouichi leaves for real, and he will forget Caius completely. In the leaks, there was a panel of Kouichi with like, shards of his memories with Caius in the background, it was some real angsty shit.
BUT, I hear that this is the ending to season 1. And that we will be getting a season 2 in January 2021, I think.
