Actually! I commented my thoughts on this awhile ago so I'll just copy paste and edit.
After rereading the first few chapters with the ML stuck in a coffin scene and opening up to ML's blood. Stone soon saved him from the grave robbers, and then Stone mouthed out "long time no see"..
So I'd suspect that somewhere in the past, ML would have died and Stone protected his grave for who knows how long and shortly disintegrating from lack of ML blood, and then ML was teleported back to the past?? Which we're in now.
Idk time traveling manhwas really fk up my thoughts.
