Aniki/Makoto-San(the one who was looking out the window and uses those straps), Ai-San (the one who looks like he spent two bottles of gel to fix his hair alone) and Beti (long haired dude with the fur coat.) are from a “gang” which isn’t explained in what yet (like drugs, or loan sharks, etc.).
I’m a little confused by the names, but as the story suggests is that Ai is older than Makoto, but their relationship is the other way around, Makoto being in charge of the gang and Ai being an underling (Aniki and younger brother respectively) So I used those names (as I understood them) but put the description anyways.
Beti would be the ABB (asian baby boy: urban dictionary) of Makoto, in which Makoto could be into a S&M fetish and think about punishing him by exposing his body on the streets with just a fur coat to cover it.
Now what happened is that Yuu-kun (boy who ran away with Beti) thought Beti was struggling, so he took him away with him. Beti looks like a natural seducer and is overall erotic, so Yuu-kun touched him and almost kissed him until Ai-san wwas like nope.
